I had a wonderful stay at Ista Palace-Grand Bazaar. The warm welcome and helpful staff truly made my experience enjoyable. The location was perfect for exploring with easy access to historical sites. however, the walls were a bit thin at times, which affected my rest.

Although my room needed some cleaning initially, the hotel responded quickly once we requested it.
